The Afro Nick LLC is an independent record label led by Nick Anastasakis, currently based in Los Angeles, California.
Nick was raised in Crete, Greece, where he founded his first indie rock band, Stray Blue. The group made history as the first and only indie rock band to tour the entire island of Crete, performing more than 50 live shows—including 23 in 2009 alone—and gaining exposure through local television and radio appearances.
He later relocated to New York City, where he spent a decade performing extensively and collaborating with a wide range of talented musicians.
Now in Los Angeles, Nick has shifted his focus toward studio work, specializing in production as well as Dolby Atmos mixing and mastering.
His upcoming releases, “Don’t Waste My Time (LA Mix)” and “Get There Before Noon (LA2 Mix),” under the 4fro Nick project, will also be available on 7-inch vinyl.
